What is layoutformstudio?
We are a Singapore-based digital studio specialising in original Canva templates, UI kits, and functional digital resource packs. Our goal is to provide ready-made design tools that help creators and businesses streamline their creative process.
Are the assets original?
Yes. We take Intellectual Property (IP) seriously. All visual assets and templates on our website are either created in-house by layoutformstudio or are sourced from verified public domain (CC0) materials.
2. Ordering & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other region-specific payment methods available at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-certified service provider. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
Do you charge VAT?
As we exclusively serve the European market, the price displayed at checkout includes applicable taxes or complies with relevant digital service tax regulations based on your location.
3. Digital Delivery
How will I receive my products?
Since our products are 100% digital, there is no physical shipping.
Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email with a download link or access instructions.
No Tracking Number: As these are virtual goods, no logistics tracking numbers are provided. Your order confirmation serves as proof of delivery.
I haven’t received my download link. What should I do?
Please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder. If you still cannot find the email within 10 minutes of purchase, please contact us at template@layoutformstudio.com with your order details.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, which are deemed “consumed” the moment they are accessed or downloaded, we maintain a No-Refund Policy.
European Consumer Law: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, by accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
One-Time Purchase: All sales are final. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Licenses & Usage
What am I allowed to do with the templates?
When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the asset for your personal or business projects.
Ownership: All copyrights, code, and design elements remain the property of layoutformstudio.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw digital files. You cannot claim our designs as your own original work.
