Refund Terms

Thank you for shopping at layoutformstudio (www.layoutformstudio.com). Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via internet download, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our original creative work.

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content (Canva templates, UI kits, and resource packs), all sales are considered final once the digital delivery is complete.

Instant Consumption: Digital products are deemed “used” or “consumed” the moment the download link is generated or accessed.

Non-Returnable: Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned” to us to ensure they are no longer in your possession. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered to your email or account.

2. EU Consumer Rights: Waiver of Withdrawal
For our customers located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA):

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are generally entitled to a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.

The Exception: This right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent.

Your Agreement: By completing your purchase and accessing our digital products, you provide your express consent for immediate delivery and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)
We only consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice in a single transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment.

Non-Delivery: If our system fails to deliver the download link to your email and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.

Corrupt Files: If the digital file is proven to be technically corrupt or broken, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

4. How to Request Assistance
If you experience technical issues or believe you are eligible for an exception under Section 3, please contact us within 7 natural days of purchase:

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage our customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. layoutformstudio maintains detailed digital delivery logs (including timestamps and IP addresses). In the event of an unjustified chargeback, these logs will be submitted to the payment processor (Stripe) and relevant banks as definitive proof of fulfillment.
