These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”) and layoutformstudio, the operator of this website. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital assets, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Nature of Service & Digital Delivery
Digital Content: All products, including but not limited to design templates, UI kits, and digital tools, are intangible digital goods.
One-Time Transaction: Each purchase is a one-time transaction for a specific license. We do not operate a recurring subscription model unless explicitly stated.
No Physical Shipping: As our products are 100% digital, no physical shipment or logistics tracking is required.
Deemed Delivery: Delivery is considered complete and fulfilled the moment the digital download link is dispatched to your provided email address or access is granted via our platform.
2. EU Consumer Notice: Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
IMPORTANT FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day “cooling-off period” for online purchases does not apply to digital content once the performance has begun.
Explicit Consent: By completing your purchase, you provide express prior consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content.
Loss of Cancellation Right: You acknowledge that once the digital performance begins (e.g., the download link is generated or the file is accessed), you waive and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Intellectual Property & Limited License
Ownership: All digital products, including UI designs, templates, graphics, and source elements, remain the exclusive property of layoutformstudio.
Grant of License: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset for its intended purpose. You are purchasing a usage license, not the underlying ownership.
Third-Party Compatibility: Our templates are designed to be compatible with third-party platforms such as Canva or Figma. layoutformstudio is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canva Pty Ltd or Figma, Inc.
Strict Restrictions: You may not resell, sub-license, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our digital assets for the purpose of creating competing products.
4. Payments & Fraud Prevention
Stripe Secure Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Identity Verification: We reserve the right to verify the identity of the purchaser to prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized use of payment methods.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this website.
5. Limitation of Liability & Technical Support
Technical Assistance: While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter a corrupted file or technical delivery issue, please contact template@layoutformstudio.com within 48 hours for a resolution.
Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law in Singapore and the EU, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
